I might as well post some feedback.
So, I broke my screen on my Nokia 6500 Classic, so I went to Gateway VodaCare to get it fixed, R350, I thought, no problem because Pavilion quoted R1000, 2nd time I sent it in to get the cover replaced, R400, then they said the battery was dead and a mechanical failure, extra R100 or they won't fix it, ok, fine, now, I get it back, won't switch on, take it back after 6 or so days to get it fixed, they quoted me and I said NO, they said fine, we will sort it out ( from the manager ) , I got a SMS to say it ready so go collect it, send my boet to get it, paper work says "Not Repaired", my brother says fine, I will pick it up tomorrow when it is fixed. We go there, the guy that you fetch your deliveries from goes to fetch, it not ready, get the manager on the phone, "Oh, I am sorry, I am on my way home", my dad goes mental and says " You will turn back now", anyways, I am stuck with an Nokia E65 as a loan phone, I will abuse this phone to make them pay, so, wanted to write this to let you guys know that their service is shocking and I STRONGLY recommend you don't go there.
