After a short tournament with some very strong competition the clan that emerged victorious was none other than Team Bravado.
They took a huge lead in the tournament on Thursday evening whilst playing ZeroLimit. Bravado won both maps without contest and moved up in the tournament standings with 6 points. Neither DC or ZeroLimit acquired any points on Thursday.
Saturday morning was the true clash of the titans. Bravado faced Damage Control and everyone knew that the winner of this match would determine the outcome of the tournament. A colossal battle was fought on the maps of de_nuke and de_dust2 but bravado did not stand back for the South African gaming legends, easily taking the first map and then dealing the killing blow on the second map. This victory assured Bravado their five seats against the PMS girls.
The defeat against Bravado broke the Damage Control spirits and ZeroLimit didn’t think twice to use this as an advantage. ZeroLimit beat their titanic rivals and this placed them in the second place with 6 points.
First Matches between Bravado and ZeroLimit.
Match 1: de_nuke
16 Bravado vs ZeroLimit 9
Match2: de_inferno
16 Bravado vs ZeroLimit 5
Tournament Standings:
Bravado – 2 Played - 6 Points
Damage Control – 0 Played - 0 Points
ZeroLimit – 2 Played – 0 Points
Next Matches: Saturday 11:00 Bravado vs Damage Control
